Resep : Sup Rolade udang

Bahan rolade udang:
100 g tepung terigu
2 butir telur
100 g udang giling
250 ml air
garam secukupnya

Bahan kuah:
1/2 buah bawang bombai, cincang
2 sdm saus tomat
2 buah tomat ukuran besar, potong-potong
1 liter air
1/4 sdt merica bubuk
1/4 sdt gula pasir
garam secukupnya
minyak untuk menumis

Cara membuat:
1. Rolade udang: Campur tepung terigu, telur, udang, air, dan garam. Aduk rata. Buat dadar tipis-tipis, kemudian gulung. Lakukan hingga adonan habis.
2. Kuah: Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombai hingga harum. Masukkan saus tomat dan tomat. Tuang air. Beri garam, merica bubuk, dan gula pasir. Masak hingga mendidih, angkat.
3. Penyajian: Potong serong dadar, susun di mangkuk saji, siram dengan kuahnya.
